neon rodeo creative conference salt lake city

Salt Lake City Hosts National & International Creative Leaders

Neon Rodeo Creative Conference returns this September 14 to round up the best of the West, National, and International creative business talent while transfusing rhythm, culture, and raw creativity from select cities around the globe. What started as an immersive experience exploring the foundations of House music expands its scope in hopes of becoming a nexus of untapped creativity in the region.

This year Neon Rodeo returns to its origins at the University of Utah for a daytime thought leadership conference and an evening at the premiere social club, Edison House, for socializing to beats and art. The conference turned modern-day ‘rodeo’ is framed around key areas of creativity: Experience through the lenses of Community, Innovation, Visual Arts, Sound, and Art. For one day only, Neon Rodeo will host a range of leaders across these vectors of culture.

The conference panels will be at the UTAH MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS, Marcia and John Price Museum Building, at the University of Utah, on Saturday, the 14th. Special guests include EricHaze, a New York graffiti pioneer and graphic designer, and Matthew Brimer, Co-Founder: General Assembly, Daybreaker, and Everywhere Ventures. Other guests include leaders from global brands, architecture, community building, arts, philanthropy, and sustainable design.

In its fourth year, Neon Rodeo is fast becoming a representation of the new Wild West. You never know who you will meet at Neon Rodeo!

    – Dante Lerae, Multi-talented Music Artist

  • "My experience with Neon Rodeo was an absolute blast. The conference was such a celebration of talent, with so many incredible musicians performing and giving talks. The energy was electric, and it was amazing to see how much the event has grown with such huge attendance. Even the final event was so packed that I couldn’t get in, but it was still fantastic to be outside with everyone, enjoying the music together."

    – Michael Wall, Musician & Educator

  • "Being a recent SLC transplant and witnessing a genuine community driven night life scene, I tip my hat to the Neon Rodeo folks for building something truly unique and special for the city. Full support!"
